StudiumPLUS Industrial Mechanic + Bachelor of Engineering

Maybe you are not sure whether you should start an apprenticeship or a degree course? With StudiumPLUS, you can do both! After just 5 years, you'll have a full industrial mechanic's qualification under your belt, and hold a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering. You will complete your training as an industrial mechanic at our company headquarters in Niefern. In the first year, you will continue your training in our training workshop and conclude it with the final examination, Part 1. From the second year, you start your studies in parallel and complete 2 semesters at Pforzheim University. After that, you return to the company and finish your training. Over the following two years, you will continue your studies with four semesters at the university and receive a Bachelor of Engineering degree. You have a subject-specific university entrance qualification, a technical college entrance qualification or an Abitur with good grades, especially in mathematics and physics. You are able to grasp ideas quickly, work under your own initiative and you display above-average commitment. You also have an interest in technology and a technical understanding.
